Thoughtful pacing

Counter omakase runs a relaxed two hours. The dining room lets you linger — no one hurries the last pour of sake.

Before you book

The honest answers to the questions our host fields most often. If yours isn't here, write a note in the form above — we'll read every one.

How far ahead should I book the counter omakase?

Wednesday through Saturday seatings tend to fill 10–14 days ahead, particularly the 18:30 service. Tuesday is closed. If you're flexible, last-minute counter seats open up most weekday evenings — drop us a line the morning of.

Can you accommodate shellfish, gluten, or vegetarian diets?

Yes, with notice. The omakase is built around fish, so a fully plant-based tasting requires a bespoke menu (¥9,800, two days' notice). Shellfish and gluten adaptations are routine — please tell us in the notes field.

What's the cancellation policy?

Counter and private room bookings can be released up to 24 hours before service at no charge. Inside 24 hours, we charge ¥3,000 per guest on the omakase and 50% of the minimum spend for private rooms. No-shows are charged in full.

Do you take walk-ins?

Four bar stools are held back each evening for walk-ins at the izakaya bar. Counter omakase and the tatami room are reservation only. The kitchen stops accepting new orders 30 minutes before close.

Is the restaurant accessible?

The dining room and counter are on the ground floor with a 6 cm step at the entrance — we have a portable ramp on request. The tatami room is up a narrow staircase (14 steps) and unfortunately not step-free.
